    • Portfolio and tracking data: bets, parlays, saved props, and other data you voluntarily enter to track your portfolio.
    • Preferences: favorite sports, preferred sportsbooks, display settings, notification preferences, and bankroll settings.
    • Billing information: subscription status, plan tier, and payment history are managed by Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers.
    • Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers for security and diagnostics.

    • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
    • Personalize your experience and deliver relevant analytics.

We do not sell your personal data. Each subprocessor is contractually bound to use your data only for the purpose of providing services to WhaleWatch.

    Your data may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries where our subprocessors operate. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations.
