    GAMBLING / ANALYTICS DISCLOSURE

    Last updated: August 2026

This disclosure explains the nature of WhaleWatch and the relationship between our sports-market intelligence services and gambling activities. It is intended to help you understand exactly what WhaleWatch does and does not provide.

    We do not take bets

WhaleWatch is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, casino, or other gambling operator. We do not accept wagers, hold player funds, offer odds, settle bets, or pay out or receive winnings on any sporting event. WhaleWatch is a software service that collects, organizes, and presents publicly available sports-betting market data for informational purposes.

    What we provide

WhaleWatch provides sports-market intelligence, including but not limited to:

    • Betting-market movement and line changes.
    • Public money and ticket split data.
    • Sharp-market and prediction-market pricing comparisons.
    • Portfolio tracking and decision-quality analytics.
    • Signals, news, and injury information aggregated from public sources.
    • Parlay construction, replaceability, and efficiency tools.

All scores, probabilities, value metrics, and recommendations shown inside the Service are derived from data and models, not from inside information or guaranteed outcomes. They are intended to help users understand market quality and improve their own decision-making.

    What we do not provide

    WhaleWatch does not provide:

    • "Locks," "guaranteed winners," or tipster picks.
    • Inside information or non-public injury or lineup data.
    • Recommendations to place any specific wager with any specific sportsbook.
    • Access to place bets directly through the Service.

    Not gambling advice

Nothing on WhaleWatch is a recommendation to place any particular bet, nor a guarantee of result, profit, or odds movement. Any bet you place is your own decision and responsibility, made with your own sportsbook or betting account.

    Data sources and limitations

Data is sourced from publicly available sportsbook feeds, prediction markets, news outlets, and other third-party providers. Prices, splits, and signals may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in the underlying data.

    No guaranteed outcomes

Past performance, model outputs, and market signals do not guarantee future results. Variance is inherent in sports betting. The quality of a decision should be evaluated separately from the outcome of any single wager.

    Age and jurisdiction

You must be at least 21 years old and located in a jurisdiction where the use of sports-betting information services is lawful. It is your responsibility to comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.

    Responsible gambling resources

If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, help is available 24/7 from the National Council on Problem Gambling at 1-800-GAMBLER or ncpgambling.org.
