Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Service to:

• Scrape, crawl, spider, or otherwise automatically harvest data from the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of the Service.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent tier limits, rate limits, paywalls, or access controls.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit WhaleWatch data without authorization.
• Use the Service to facilitate automated or systematic wagering.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate any person or entity.
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations of this AUP and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts, removing content, reporting illegal activity to law enforcement, and pursuing legal remedies. We may terminate or restrict access without prior notice for violations that are severe or repeated.
